We love doing Custom Orders! As all Hopeless Lingerie items are handmade here in our studio, we can do a lot of customisations to help our customers achieve their lingerie dreams. 

As well as offering alternative fabric and colour options, we can also do custom sizing if you fall outside our usual size range (or in between). 

If you would like to enquire about this service please email info@hopelesslingerie.com.au and be sure to include your measurements, usual bra size, and which styles you are interested in. 

Please note this service will be charged depending on the customisations you would like to make.

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars $AUD

For all international orders, Paypal will determine the exchange rate at the time of checkout. To get an estimate of the exchange rate visit www.xe.com but please note this may differ slightly to the final amount as determined by Paypal.

Hopeless Lingerie ships worldwide. All items are wrapped and every parcel will include care instructions and collectable postcards.

As all items are lovingly handmade to order they will take a little time to arrive. Orders are generally sewn and shipped between 2-4 weeks after an order is placed, but this wait can sometimes be longer depending on how many are ahead of you in the queue.

We know this wait might be a little longer than you are used to but please remember that you are purchasing something that is being handmade just for you, by a member of the very talented Hopeless sewing team.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post, and you can choose for your parcel to be shipped via Regular Mail or Registered at checkout. 

Once your order has been sewn, wrapped, and posted we will send you an email to let you know its on the way and how long you should expect before it arrives.

Express Post with Tracking $18
Option for customer to select signature on delivery. Next business day for most capital cities after shipping notification is received. This does not place you ahead of other orders in the sewing queue. 

Free Shipping for Australian orders over $150
Option for customer to select signature on delivery. 3-6 business days after shipping notification is received. 

All other countries 

International Pack & Track $22
Available for most countries. Tracking included. 10-12 business days after shipping notification is received.  

International Standard with Signature $30
Available for most countries. Tracking and signature on delivery included. 10-12
business days after shipping notification is received.  

International Express $60
Available for most countries. Tracking and signature on delivery included. 2-4 business days after shipping notification is received. This does not place you ahead of other orders in the sewing queue. 

Free Shipping for International orders over $250
Available for most countries. Tracking included. 10-12 business days after shipping notification is received.

Due to the handmade nature of all Hopeless Lingerie items we do not accept rush orders. All orders are sewn in the order in which they are placed, so to bump anyone ahead of the queue would be unfair to those customers who have been waiting the longest.

We know you are excited to receive your orders and appreciate your patience so much!

Hopeless Lingerie is a very small independent business, we do not have a factory overseas or a big warehouse full of stock. Each member of our sewing team will sew each order as it is placed, ensuring every piece is created with love and care. We take care in the production of every single order, and take pride in creating each individual garment just for the customer who ordered it.

These are printable and are emailed automatically. This way you don’t have to worry about picking the right size or style, or worry that the parcel won’t arrive in time.

No worries! Just emailinfo@hopelesslingerie.com.au with your name and order number so we can update your invoice and make sure it arrives safely.

Hopeless Lingerie is not responsible for parcels that go missing in the post, and will not replace items that go missing as this is the responsibility of the postal service. 

If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout Hopeless Lingerie is not responsible for locating the parcel. We will not replace items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout.

All international customers are responsible for custom taxes on delivery. We refuse to mark anything as a ‘Gift’ or at a lower value so that a customer can avoid taxes. This is illegal and all requests to do so will be refused.

We know it can be difficult ordering clothes online, and we are always happy to help make sure you get the best possible fit. If you have checked our Size Guide, read the sizing advice for each item, and still aren’t sure, email info@hopelesslingerie.com.au to help you decide. Make sure to include all your measurements and also let us know which styles you are interested in purchasing.

We are fortunate enough to have an incredible following of customers who regularly share self portraits in their Hopeless Lingerie on social media. Check the Hopeless hashtag here on Instagram to see hundreds of women proudly wearing their Hopeless. 

Due to the nature of lingerie being worn so close to the body Hopeless Lingerie is unable to accept returns on worn underwear. This is due to health and hygiene regulations and all requests to do so will be refused. 

We do not offer exchanges if you purchase the wrong size for this reason, so please make sure you refer to our size guide carefully. We are always happy to help with sizing advice so just email us info@hopelesslingerie.com.au with any queries.

In the rare event of a garment arriving to you in faulty condition please contact info@hopelesslingerie.com.au within 2 weeks of receiving the item.

Hopeless Lingerie does not offer refunds or cancel orders for change of mind. All sales are final.
